Power Unchecked is Always Certainly Abused, The NFL is no Different

We see this kind of thing in all walks of life. Powerful people, with money, and influence, sometimes will try to throw that power around when things don’t go their way. Allegedly, this is what happened with Jerry Jones of the #Dallas #Cowboys , and Daniel Snyder of the #Washington #Commanders . According to NBC Sports, Jones & Snyder didn’t like how #NFL commissioner Roger Goodell was handling the National Anthem player protest, and allegedly attempted to get Goodell fired. The #NFL has a commissioner, but the league is really run by it’s powerful owners, and most of the time, that power goes unchecked.
